We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Protecting data is what we do for a living, and we apply the same standards here:
Encrypted in transit. All traffic to this website uses HTTPS (TLS).
2FA for everyone. Every team member uses two-factor authentication on all accounts and systems.
Password manager. Passwords are unique, strong and stored in a password manager, never reused or shared in plain text.
Least privilege. Only the people who need your data to do their job can access it. When someone leaves, their access is removed immediately.
Next-generation antivirus. All our devices are protected by next-generation endpoint security that detects and blocks modern threats.
Vetted providers. We choose service providers with recognised security practices and bind them by contract to protect your data.
Kept up to date. Our systems and website software are patched and monitored regularly.
Data minimisation. The less we collect, the less there is to lose. We only keep what we need.
Breach response. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay, and within 72 hours where the law requires.
No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.
This website is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where needed, tell you directly.
